Sample order (recommended)
We recommend ordering samples before bulk production. Regular samples dispatch in 3–5 days. Custom logo samples in 7–15 days. Sample fees credited back against your first bulk order.
Order confirmation & production
Once you approve the sample and confirm your order, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI). You pay a 50% deposit and production begins. Balance due before shipment.
Shipping & delivery
Goods ship from Guangzhou via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or freight. Full export documentation provided: commercial invoice, packing list, MSDS, COA, and HS codes.

Can I get a quote for custom formula (OEM)?
Yes. OEM custom formula quotes require more detail: formula direction, active ingredients, target texture, and packaging specs. MOQ is higher than ODM.
