Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern all orders placed with MetaCNBeauty (operated by Guangzhou Dot Dot Star River E-Commerce Co., Ltd, No.25, Fu Yuan Yi Road, Hua Du District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China).

Business Customers Only: MetaCNBeauty sells exclusively to business customers (B2B). By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes and not as an end consumer.

Pricing: All prices shown are wholesale B2B unit prices in USD. Prices are subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed at order stage.

Minimum Order Quantities: MOQ applies to all bulk orders. MOQ starts from 100 PCS on selected products. Sample orders are available without MOQ.

Payment: Payment terms are confirmed at order stage. We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, and other agreed methods. Full payment or agreed deposit is required before production commences.

Intellectual Property: Custom brand assets, logos, and designs submitted by clients remain the property of the client. MetaCNBeauty retains the right to use non-branded product images for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of Guangzhou, China.
