ISO 22716:2007 GMP
ISO 22716 is the international standard for cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice. It is the standard explicitly referenced in EU Cosmetics Regulation EC 1223/2009 and is recognised by regulators in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and all major global markets.
GMPC — FDA GMP Guidelines
GMPC certification is based on U.S. FDA Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines. This certification directly supports FDA MoCRA (Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act) cosmetic facility registration and product listing requirements for the US market.

Many MetaCNBeauty ODM formulas are vegan and cruelty-free. Third-party vegan and cruelty-free certification support is available for brands requiring formal certification documentation.
Common compliance questions
Can I get copies of your GMP certificates?
Yes. Both DEKRA-issued certificates (ISO 22716 and GMPC) are available on request. Contact us via WhatsApp or email and we’ll send them within 1 business day.
Do you provide MSDS for all products?
Yes. MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) are provided for all products as standard. Required for international shipping and customs clearance.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Full INCI ingredient lists are published on all product pages. We recommend buyers review the INCI list and MSDS with their regulatory consultant for specific skin sensitivity claims.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. COA is available on request for each batch. Includes physical and chemical test results confirming the product meets specification.
Can I sell MetaCNBeauty products in the EU?
Yes, with the correct regulatory setup. You need a Responsible Person (RP) in the EU and a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR). We provide the technical documentation (GMP cert, INCI, MSDS) to support your RP and CPSR process — or our Compliance Team can manage the full filing on your behalf.
Are your products cruelty-free?
MetaCNBeauty does not conduct animal testing. Many formulas are vegan and cruelty-free. Third-party cruelty-free certification documentation is available on request for qualifying products.
