Shipping policy

 

MetaCNBeauty ships all orders from Guangzhou, China. We are a B2B OEM/ODM cosmetics manufacturer — all orders are wholesale or private label bulk orders. We do not fulfill individual consumer orders.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:
- Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3–8 business days
- YT Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days
- Air Freight: Available for bulk orders (quoted at order stage)
- Sea Freight: Available for large bulk orders (quoted at order stage)

Shipping costs are calculated and confirmed at the order stage based on order weight, volume, and destination country. MetaCNBeauty ships to 200+ countries worldwide.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes applicable in the destination country. MetaCNBeauty provides full commercial invoices, packing lists, and MSDS documentation to support customs clearance.
