10 steps from sample to brand launch
Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and low-risk. Every step is guided by our team in English via WhatsApp and email.
Sample Selection
Browse our product catalog on the website or request our full PDF catalog. Select the products you want to sample — or describe your ideal product and we’ll match you with the right SKU from our ODM range.
Sample Order & Proforma Invoice
We issue you a Proforma Invoice (PI) for the sample order. Review the PI to confirm product details, quantity, unit price, shipping cost, and total. Once everything looks correct, make the sample payment to confirm your order.
Sample Dispatch
We dispatch your samples via express courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) from our Guangzhou factory. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as the shipment is booked.
Test, Feedback & Adjustments
Receive your samples and test them thoroughly. Evaluate the formula texture, shade accuracy, packaging quality, and logo print. Share your feedback with our team via WhatsApp or email.
Place Bulk Order & Pay Deposit
Once you’re happy with the samples, place your official bulk order. We’ll issue a Proforma Invoice for the bulk order. The advance deposit required depends on your order volume and value — see the tiered payment terms below.

Confirm Design & Order Details
Submit your brand logo file and confirm all order details: product shade, quantity, packaging style, label text, and any special requirements. Our design team will prepare a digital mock-up for your approval.
Final Sample Confirmation
Before bulk production begins, we create final pre-production samples with your logo and confirmed packaging. These are sent to you for final approval. Production only begins after you confirm.
Production & Manufacturing
Your order enters production at our ISO 22716 GMP and GMPC certified Guangzhou facility. Our team handles all manufacturing, filling, logo printing, and packaging. In-process quality checks conducted throughout.
Quality Check & Shipping
Before shipment, your order undergoes a final quality inspection. We then arrange shipping and provide full export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, COA, MSDS, Certificate of Origin, and HS codes.
Receive Your Products & Start Selling
Your branded products arrive at your door. Now it’s time to launch your brand — list on Amazon, launch your Shopify store, post on TikTok, or sell in your salon or boutique. We look forward to seeing your brand grow!

How do I get started?

Do I have to order samples first?
We strongly recommend it. Samples let you verify formula quality, shade, and packaging before committing to bulk production. Sample fees are credited back against your first bulk order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ starts from 100 PCS on selected ODM private label products. Some products or custom packaging options may have higher MOQ. Contact us to confirm MOQ for your specific product.
How long does the whole process take?
From first contact to delivery: approximately 3–4 weeks for ODM small bulk orders (100–500 PCS). This includes sample review (1–2 weeks) + production (7–15 days) + shipping (3–8 days).
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are tiered by order size: Tier 1 (under 1,000 PCS or under $3,000): 100% upfront. Tier 2 (1,000–9,999 PCS or $3,000–$9,999): 70% deposit + 30% before shipment. Tier 3 (10,000+ PCS or $10,000+): 50% deposit + 50% before shipment. Where quantity and value conflict, the higher tier applies.
