We offer two ways to obtain samples:

  1. Self-Service Online
    • Order directly from our website.
    • If you encounter any issues, please proceed to the second option below.
  2. Manual Customer Service
    • Send us the product names or screenshots of what you want from our catalog or website.
    • Tell us how many pieces and which shades you’d like.
    • Provide your delivery address so we can calculate shipping.
    • We’ll prepare a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your review before you confirm payment.

  • Sample Orders: You can place them directly online or request an invoice manually.

  • Custom Sample/Proofing: 7–15 days.
